A deep appreciation of the natural beauty of rural America especially the Pennsylvania countryside has resulted in landscapes as the focus of many of the paintings produced by the artist although floral and still life are also included.

A longtime resident of Bucks County, PA, the artist chooses to work primarily in watercolor because of the fluidity of the medium and the tremendous variety of textures, colors and effects that can be produced. Professional memberships include the Doylestown and Oreland Art Leagues and the Philadelphia Water Cjolor Society.
