GetArtHere.com was formed as a service for artists
to showcase and sell their artwork in either limited editions, originals,
or open editions. Getting your own online gallery is very easy and
buying that perfect piece of art is even easier! All reproductions
are printed using the giclee printing process using the material
specified and archival inks for long-lasting image quality.
About Artist Approved Giclee Prints:
All original artwork, digitized and printed at Graphic Imaging goes
through a meticulous proofing process that results in a reproduction
that mirrors the vision of the artist.
After the original is captured (digitally scanned), it is evaluated
and adjusted on a color- calibrated monitor. An initial proof is
then printed and compared to the original. Adjustments to color are
made and another proof is output and evaluated. This process is continued
until a proof, presentable to the artist, is achieved. The artist
is then called in to evaluate the proof. Either it is approved “as
is” or the artist pinpoints areas to be adjusted. These color corrections
are made and result in an “artist approved proof” that can then be
printed full size and the file archived for future identical prints.
A “Certificate of Authenticity” is issued with each limited edition
print, assuring the buyer of the artist’s satisfaction with the color
accuracy of the print and documenting the promise of the artist and
print house to reproduce no more than the specified number of prints
in the edition.
All limited edition prints on this website have gone through this
proofing process and have been approved by the artist for color accuracy.
These “artist approved,” archival quality prints are exceptional
and affordable fine art reproductions.
The “Certificate of Authenticity” is embossed with Graphic Imaging’s
logo as a symbol of the print’s quality and contains artist, edition,
print house and material information. *
